SIBT, SSHT and PKC 2024: Advancing smart space technologies and enhancing collaboration

Shanghai, 16 September 2024. Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and Parking China (PKC) concluded on 5 September 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Held concurrently with Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT), the four shows attracted 28,295 visitors, marking an increase from last year. This number included 31 domestic and international visiting groups. Participants praised the show for fostering efficient exchanges within the intelligent building industry and for shaping the future of smart living.

SIBT, SSHT, PKC and SSOT 2024 open today, promoting the development of smart spaces while encouraging business exchange

Shanghai, 3 September 2024. Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) open today and will continue through to 5 September in halls W4 and W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The four concurrent fairs showcase a diverse range of innovative smart technologies, including low-carbon intelligent buildings, smart home, facility management, smart parking, smart office management, smart real estate, smart hotel and intelligent integration. Concurrently, the shows will host 21 forums addressing more than 150 hot topics to facilitate the exchange of information and explore emerging industry trends.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China return to build an efficient platform for cross-industry exchange

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone concluded on 31 August 2023 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The four events hosted 457 exhibitors and welcomed 26,229 visitors. As in the past, this year’s fairs showcased a wide array of innovative products and technologies for the building industry, along with a series of value-added forums, offering the ideal platform for business exchange and the sharing of knowledge.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China return next week: A joint platform for smart industries to connect and collaborate

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone will take place from 29 – 31 August 2023 in halls W3 to W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The four events will bring together around 400 exhibitors across 30,000 sqm of exhibition space. Meanwhile, more than 100 speakers will be invited to share industry insights at 20 forums. Participants will be able to explore the frontiers of smart technology and building-related industries, as well as the green developments within them.

SIBT and SSHT forums to highlight green development

From 29 – 31 August 2023, Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone are returning to empower the development and promote a better quality of life. The fairs expect to host around 400 exhibitors across 30,000 sqm of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. An array of specialised forums will be offered to explore popular topics across different areas. These include new energy development, energy saving and the dual control system on energy consumption and intensity.

SIBT and SSHT return in August to promote smart industry exchange

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone will take place from 29 – 31 August 2023 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. SIBT and SSHT will be run under the themes of “Smart connection” and “Smart frontier”, and will aim to promote synergy and cooperation between smart industries and ultimately push the boundaries of what is possible with smart technology. The fairs will integrate different sectors including smart real estate, smart facility management, smart communities, smart hotels and smart campuses, and facilitate a wide range of business opportunities.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China to take place in 2023

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology zone will be moved to 2023 due to the ongoing pandemic situation in China. The shows will now take place from 29 – 31 August 2023 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

In light of recent developments concerning the pandemic in Shanghai, Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone will now take place from 26 – 28 October instead of their original dates. All four concurrent events will continue to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), alongside Parking China (PKC) and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone will take place in halls W3 to W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 31 August – 2 September 2022. The four concurrent events will cover an area of 23,600 sqm and are expected to welcome over 250 exhibitors. This year, the show will display new technologies, smart solutions and products from leading brands in areas including smart home, smart parking, smart office and smart audio-visual.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China deferred to 2022

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and Parking China (PKC) along with the dedicated zone Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) have been deferred to 2022 in light of the recent Covid-19 cases. The Shanghai fairs were originally due to run from 10 – 12 December at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, and will now take place at the same venue next year from 31 August – 2 September.

SIBT & SSHT 2021 to build connections between smart technologies from 10 – 12 December

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), alongside the concurrent Parking China (PKC) fair and the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone, will take place on the new dates of 10 – 12 December 2021 in halls N3 to N5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre following their postponement announced earlier this month. The fairs are expected to welcome over 230 exhibitors and 26,000 visitors, and will cover an area of 23,100 sqm.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China to be rescheduled

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and Parking China (PKC) along with the dedicated zone Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) have been postponed. Originally scheduled to take place from 31 August – 2 September 2021, a new date for the Shanghai fairs will be announced shortly. The decision was made due to the recent development of Covid-19 cases in a number of Chinese provinces.

SIBT, SSHT and Parking China 2020 remain the leading industry platforms to capture growing potential in the market

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) and Parking China (PKC) concluded their three-day run on 4 September after welcoming 25,837 visitors and 208 exhibitors, covering 20,000 sqm. Together, with the dedicated zone – Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) – the four concurrent events constructed a one-stop sourcing platform, encompassing the major areas of the smart industry ecosystem. An array of themes were covered including: IoT, AI, big data, robots, smart offices, smart parking, home security, HVAC, energy conservation, 5G, smart neighbourhoods and cities, and more.

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), alongside the concurrent Parking China (PKC) fair and Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone, will take place from 2 – 4 September in halls W3 to W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The 2019 editions of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) concluded successfully on 5 September. The 2019 editions of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) will be held from 3 ‒ 5 September at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Spurred by the fast development of China’s intelligent building, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors, the two exhibitions are close to capacity as there has been strong demand from exhibitors to participate at the shows. The concurrently held trade fairs are expected to attract over 280 renowned businesses from China and overseas, and welcome a similar number to last year’s 29,423 professional visitors. The total exhibition space is also expected to reach a record of over 28,750 sqm.

Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology 2017 achieved record-breaking figures, visitor increase of 18%

The 11th edition of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology － SIBT) ended on a positive note with a record-breaking number of visitors. The fair was held concurrently with Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) from 5 – 7 September 2017 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Collectively, the two shows hosted 240 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions which displayed the latest intelligent building and smart home technologies. The 2017 edition also welcomed a record-breaking 27,275 visitors from 54 countries and regions, an 18% increase from last year.
